Kia ora koutou,

We wanted to check in and see how you are all doing following the earthquakes in North Canterbury?

Needless to say, it’s been a busy time for the All Right? team. We are providing relevant messages, information and resources to help support people with their wellbeing both here and in North Canterbury.

On our website you’ll find practical tips for coping with a disaster (also attached), along with aroha messages from Cantabrians to those in the most affected areas. The Mental Health Foundation also have a list of earthquake resources.

And remember, it’s all right to talk about it – the Earthquake Support Line is available to people nationwide on 0800 777 846.

Ngā mihi,
